Thus, Global accumulated Wastes are destroying the Global Environment and the Animal Kingdom due to the "Throw-Away" Plastic Pagkaging of most Human manufactured products.

LINEAR ECONOMY is also causing major Problems in every Country via the worsening negative Waste Problems, Energy Crisis, Environmental Pollutions, Global Warming/Climate Change Disasters, Decreasing Natural Resources, etc. These are all caused mostly by the common Failures of Machines and Energy Systems, which became NORMAL to most Personnel. ELECTRICAL ENERGY is the Life and Cornerstone on which the modern World lives and functions. In fact, EVERYTHING is affected by ENERGY. Since EVERYTHING uses and is affected by ENERGY, we must do everything to increase the ENERGY EFFICIENCY of all our Energy Sources, Generation, Transmission, Distribution, and Utilization. This will take care the Environment, reduce negative wastes, and reduce the Price of Electricity.
WHY DOES THE WORLD IS OVERHEATING (Global Warming)?
The following FACTS are the REASONS of the Earth's OVERHEATING:
- Only about 25% or ¼ of the Electrical Power produced from FOSSIL and URANIUM Fuels in a typical 30-40% Efficient Power Plants is used by People in their Homes, Offices, and Plants. This is due to the various losses in the Generation, Transmission, Distribution, and Utilization of Electricity.
- The 75% of HEAT ENERGY from Fuels are wasted to the Environment causing the disastrous Global Warming/CLIMATE CHANGE Disasters. Thus, while Mankind continuously uses COMBUSTION to burn the various Fossil Fuels, Biomass, Wastes, Climate Change Disasters will continue to worsen.
- As long as, COMBUSTION is used for the production of Energy Requirements of Homes, Buildings, Manufacturing Plants, Vehicles, Gensets, etc. Mankind can never be freed from Global Warming/Climate Change Disasters. We must GET AWAY away from the COMBUSTION Process of Energy Production. We can do this only by tapping ENERGY from non-combustion sources, that is, from Solar, Wind, Ocean/Sea Tides/Waves, Hydroelectric, Geothermal, etc.
- Nuclear Power Plants use the FISSION Process in the Power Generation process; so, there is no Smoke and CO2 GreenHouse Gas produced. But, the Nuclear Plant has only 40% Efficiency. The 60% of the Heat Energy from Uranium is released to the Sea and Air, also contributing to Global Warming and Climate Change Disasters.

SOLUTION TO LINEAR ECONOMY => CIRCULAR ECONOMY
For the SOLUTIONS, we recommend Culture Change and Paradigm Shifts toward the so-called CIRCULAR ECONOMY => The ECONOMY of Nature. This emphasizes Energy EFFICIENCY and ZERO WASTE or Waste used productively by other Creatures. For now, there exist the PARADIGM SHIFTS and CHANGE MANAGEMENT using the following Technologies and New Management Methodologies:
- DESIGN Excellence
- FAIL-SAFE Design
- PROACTIVE Maintenance
- LUBRICATION Excellence
- GREEN Purchasing
- ROOT-CAUSE Failure Analysis (RCFA)
The above methods may not be perfect, yet; but, it is heading toward CIRCULAR ECONOMY. The Objectives of all the above Paradigm Shifts are ENERGY-EFFICIENCY Improvements in the Design, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of Buildings & all Energy-Systems; as well as, Reduction in Destructive Wastes produced. If properly and meticulously applied, the following REDUCTIONS are achieved to the BENEFITS of People and Planet Earth:
1. Reduced Energy Loses.
2. Reduced Energy Consumption.
3. Reduced Raw Materials.
4. Reduced Destructive Wastes.
5. Reduced Environmental Pollution and Abnormalities.
